香氣讓人聯想到鮮嫩草莓，清新而水潤。入口甘酸交織，果味逐漸鋪展，中段柔和，尾韻留下淡淡微苦，為柔潤酒體添上細緻輪廓。它的魅力不只在柔美酒色，更在於果味、酸度與微苦之間的平衡，讓滋味鮮明而不流於單一甜感

【Hakkaisan Rishu Tachiaoi】

Rishu is Hakkai Jozo’s exploratory sake brand. The Tachiaoi brings a soft rosé-pink colour and fresh wild-strawberry-like aromas, offering a fruit-led expression beyond Hakkaisan’s classic dry style. 

The brewery recommends serving it in a wine glass, including the option of adding a single ice cube. The lower temperature sharpens the definition of its sweetness and acidity, revealing a lighter, more refreshing side. Fresh wild-strawberry aromas lead into a bright interplay of sweetness and acidity. Fruit flavour opens across the middle, followed by a subtle bitter note that gives the finish contrast.
