【Tatenogawa White Knight Adventure Nigori Junmai Daiginjo (Nama)】

“White Knight” is a new‑generation story‑driven project from Tatenokawa, and this bottle marks the second chapter of the adventure. Brewed with white koji to create a bright, refreshing acidity, it combines the rich umami and natural sweetness of Yamagata sake rice, then undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to become a lively, full‑textured nigori.

The aroma weaves together notes of green apple, citrus and a hint of tropical fruit, layered with rice porridge, cream and yogurt tones, giving the impression of a fruity lactic drink. On the palate, dense rice flavour and fine, silky sweetness spread generously across the tongue, while delicate bubbles glide down the throat, offering both presence and an easy, refreshing finish. It is an indulgent yet playful cup that turns a simple moment into a small scene of adventure.
