油長酒造紥根於奈良縣超過300年。酒藏透過科學去改良釀酒技術和調整釀造用的超硬水，使其鉻柄「風之森」清酒具備有個性風格和新鮮口感。「風之森」系列的特點是帶有清新微碳酸口感。所謂的微碳酸是源自於酒精發酵過程中所產生的二氧化碳氣泡

來自奈良御所的銘酒「風之森」，長年以其鮮明的天然發泡與卓越的水質著稱。系列中最具代表性的高階款ALPHA 2 在2025年進行全面升級——僅選用與酒造合作超過十年的「中西農園」栽培之上等秋津穗酒米，精米步合由50%提升至40%。這次Upgrade，讓酒質更加透亮純淨，將風之森獨有的柔滑水感與米的甘潤層次表現得淋漓盡致，是對系列理念「此上無華」最精緻的詮釋

開瓶即散出柔雅果香與細緻甜味。微氣泡在舌尖舞動，伴隨多汁透明的旨味徐徐展開。
入口後，來自仕込水的礦石氣息如細光滲入整體結構，帶出明快的乾淨感與流暢的尾韻。整體風格乾而不薄，香而不膩

Brewed in Nara, Kaze no Mori has long been celebrated for its gentle effervescence and mineral clarity. The renewed ALPHA 2 marks a new pinnacle—crafted exclusively from premium Akitsuho rice grown by Nakanishi Farm, a long-term partner for over a decade. With polishing refined to 40%, it highlights the transparent purity and silky texture that define the spirit of Kaze no Mori: “The Supreme.”

Aromas bloom with elegance—fruity, graceful, and clean. The fine natural effervescence lifts layers of juicy umami, while the soft minerality from the brewing water adds brightness and texture. Its finish is crisp, dry, and serene, leaving behind an impression of light and refinement—like a single flower blossoming in winter light.
