來自宮城縣的出品，阿部勘酒造每年都會在夏季推出限量金魚label清酒，其特別之處在於酒標背後印有金魚圖案，從透明瓶身看入去彷彿看見金魚在水中暢泳，甚具視覺享受🫧 而且口感輕柔清爽，十分適合夏天飲用，一邊懶洋洋地看著金魚游泳一邊細味品嚐，頓時為炎炎夏日降溫消暑透心涼

香氣溫和而乾淨，帶淡淡米香與若有若無的果香，不張揚卻十分清爽。入口涼感明顯，柔和的旨味鋪陳在舌面，其後浮現一絲細緻的苦味與明快酸度，讓整體收結爽利、不拖泥帶水，給人「像海風一樣把熱氣帶走」的清晰印象，非常適合炎夏作為食中酒享用

【Abekan Natsu no Shio Goldfish Label】

From Abekan Shuzo in Miyagi, “Natsu no Shio” is a limited summer release that instantly evokes the feel of a cool sea breeze. Compared with the brewery’s standard expressions, it is crafted with slightly less sweetness and a touch more acidity, giving a cleaner, tighter profile within a clear, transparent texture.

The nose is gentle and refreshing, with soft rice notes and a hint of mild fruit. On the palate, there is an immediate cool sensation, followed by a smooth layer of umami across the tongue; a fine bitterness and bright acidity then come through, pulling the finish into a crisp, refreshing texture.

Serving temperature
Best enjoyed well‑chilled at around 7–10°C to highlight the refreshing acidity and precise, clean finish.

Food pairing
Pairs very well with summer seafood dishes such as steamed or salt‑grilled white fish, sashimi dressed with spring onion and ginger, and simple, lightly seasoned seafood starters.
