蜜瓜、洋梨、白桃調香氣。入口柔和甘口，果甜感明顯。中段雄町帶來的旨味與少量酸度撐起中段，做到有厚度但仍然乾淨。後段收結俐落、帶輕盈感，不會黏口

【Toyobijin Jundo Ichizu Omachi Junmai Ginjo – Limited Annual Release】

From the highly regarded Yamaguchi brewery Toyobijin, this limited-edition “Jundo Ichizu” Omachi expression is crafted for drinkers who seek refined aroma and precise texture. Carefully selected Omachi rice is polished down to 50%, delivering the finesse and depth you would expect from a higher tier sake, with a palate that feels even more rounded and delicate.

On the nose, it shows layers of melon, pear and white peach. The attack is soft and gently sweet, with clear fruit-forward notes. In the mid-palate, Omachi’s savory depth and a touch of acidity support the body, giving satisfying weight while remaining remarkably clean. The finish is crisp and light, leaving no stickiness on the tongue.

Serving temperature
Best enjoyed chilled at around 5–10°C to highlight the fragrance and clean structure

Food pairing
Works beautifully with richer white fish, grilled sablefish, and charcoal-grilled scallops.
Also pairs well with salt-grilled chicken thigh, chicken neck cuts, or classic Japanese karaage
