香氣以芳醇白桃為主，伴隨櫻桃與純米大吟釀的香氣點綴。入口甜味柔和，口感濃潤、帶稠度；中段白桃果味逐步展開，櫻桃酸度接續，讓滋味不只停留在甜的一面。後段保留桃子的甜潤印象，並以櫻桃帶來的酸味增加對比

【BAR Yoko Momoko White Peach & Cherry Liqueur】

Made by Tatenokawa in Yamagata, Momoko combines fragrant, richly textured white peach juice with cherry juice for added acidity and aroma. Junmai Daiginjo sake provides an additional aromatic touch without taking the focus away from the fruit.

Fragrant white peach leads, with cherry and Junmai Daiginjo adding aromatic accents. The entry is softly sweet, rich and gently viscous. Peach flavour fills the middle before cherry acidity brings contrast, keeping the profile from becoming sweetness alone.
